STEP 1: Show us what you got. 

Please get connected to our WA line and kindly share us detailed pictures of your pieces. Please include the front, back and side images together with a detailed condition specifying any flaws we should be aware of. We also kindly ask you to identify the details of the brand and item with the year of purchase. 

STEP 2: Collecting your pieces.

In a circumstance when the total value of your consignment order is below £1000 we would gladly receive your items by post at  our office by the following address: 31-35 Kirby Street, London, EC1N 8TE. In a circumstance, when your consignment order is above £1000 we would take privilege in organising an in-house collection with one of the team representatives. 

STEP 3: Evaluation.

All garments that we receive will be professionally cleaned by a third party partner that offers a sustainable laundry service. However, condition of each item would be evaluated individually. In some instances, if further repair/alteration is indeed, this will be agreed with you prior to listing your items on our platform.

STEP 4: Pricing.

Each item will be assessed separately based on condition, collection year, season, style and current resale market value in order to propose the best selling price. Once the price is confirmed and the item is on our platform, we offer a time frame of 3 months to get your items sold. However, in case your items are still with us after the initial period, we will liaise with you options for further action. You can certainly request your items to be returned back to you at any time.  

STEP 5: Receiving payment.

Please note that we do not purchase your items, but rather provide a platform where you can list and sell your items quickly and efficiently. This means that you will receive your payment once the items have been sold, not when it is uploaded to the website. We will contact you as soon as the sale goes through and you will receive your payment after a 14-day return period on the first of the following month. We take a 35% commission on the total sale price.


Please note that CG takes pride in its curation therefore we do strongly advise to follow the below criteria when considering selling with us. Our careful selection depends on each capsule as well as the quality of each piece, therefore we ask you not take it personally if any of your items didn’t get pass our screening.

  • Luxury vintage of all eras welcome - YSL, D&G, Chanel, Versace, Gucci, Prada, Alexander McQueen, Dior, Mugler and lots more.
  • Designer handbags (real leather only), accessories, scarves (natural materials only) and jewellery (no imitation).
  • For hygiene reasons we do not accept shoes or lingerie.
